Returns are accepted if returned within 30 days of the purchase date. These returns must have never been used in any way, or have had tyres fitted. They must arrive back to us in exactly the same condition as when they were received.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that you are ordering the correct item, we will not be responsible for any labour costs or other expenses incurred due to the wrong item being ordered or delivered. In all cases, part numbers must be checked and cross referenced to your part, due to many different variants.

We are not responsible for the colour of the item provided. Our items may have been repainted previously, and therefore we cannot guarantee a colour match. It is the buyers responsibility to cover the return costs should they wish to return due to this.

We currently operate under the UK Global Accounting VAT scheme on some of our items, therefore whilst invoices can be provided, VAT may not be reclaimable.

It is also the purchasers responsibility to pay all or any customs, import, and administration charges in the destination country. For international returns, the cost of postage is non-refundable should the purchaser choose to return.

The buyer should ensure that the product(s) also meet all local regulations and are approved for road use in their country before purchasing.

The majority of items sold are used/refurbished parts. We do not warrant diamond cut alloys due to climate conditions. Fully powder coated items are given a 6 month RTB warranty relating to paintwork defects only, this does not cover kerbing or damage from use including stone chipping.

All rims and tyres should be fitted by professionals only, and inspected prior to fitment, to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit, and are safe for use.
