Acceptance of delivery of goods by the buyer shall be deemed to amount to acceptance of these conditions, and will prevail in any conflict between the two parties.
All prices published on the Euro Boiler Parts Limited web site will prevail at the date of despatch.
All orders are accepted on trade basis as Euro Boiler Parts Limited supply only SAFEGAS / Corgi engineers and merchants.
All orders can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch.
After despatch, orders can only cancelled with prior agreement with seller, where the seller reserves the right to charge 20% restocking and any admin charges.
Gas Valves & Printed Circuit Boards are non returnable.
Goods claimed by the buyer to be defective shall be returned by the buyer to the seller at the buyer’s expense within 14 days, where a replacement or a credit will be offered at a full invoice value less any delivery charges.
The sellers liability with respect to any defects in goods supplied under a contract shall be limited to its obligations under this condition.
The seller shall not be liable for any claim for work done by a buyer in respect of defective goods whatsoever arising directly or indirectly howsoever arising and whether consequential or otherwise.
Euro Boiler Parts Limited owns the copyright to all the photographs and material on the website and in the catalogue.
The law in England govern’s Euro Boiler Parts Limited’s conditions.
We will deliver using external carriers to only UK mainland addresses. Any redelivery will be charged extra.
Euro Boiler Parts Limited accepts no liability for any data loss as a result of computer viruses.

Next Day Delivery* is (*Next working day delivery) between Monday - Friday. (Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
When signing for your package, please inspect it before signing for it. If the package is empty or badly damaged, DO NOT sign for it as it will be returned to us and we will be able to claim for stolen or damaged goods. We will then send you a replacement or refund.
Please note we will dispatch the goods via courier or post which ever is efficient and economical. (The charge is £7.99 + VAT up to 20 Kgs which includes Packaging and Posting)
