Pack clearly described as 2 pads, 50x40cm. I ordered 2 packs but only received 2 full pads (photo) NOT 4. I asked for a refund for HALF my order not-fulfilled, but got no response. eBay then quickly FULLY refunded, so got my half-order for free. The real loser is the Seller. Pads otherwise OK (perforated, so can split into 2 smaller pads 40x25cm), which I think may have caused the listing description inaccuracy). I now have to buy more to replace what wasn't sent. Hope seller can improve.
