Returning Goods
 
Please telephone us immediately if the goods arrive damaged. A full refund, including postage costs, will be made on receipt of the returned goods.
 
You may change your mind and cancel your order at any time from placing the order until 7 working days after you take delivery. Your cancellation must be in writing, either by letter or email, and the cost of returning the goods will remain your responsibility. The goods must be returned undamaged and capable for resale at the full price. You will receive a full refund of the product cost within 30 days.
 
If, in the unlikely event that the wrong goods are supplied, please contact us. A full refund, including postage costs, will be made on receipt of the returned goods.
 
Handling & Delivery Information
 
Orders received week days and before 12 noon will normally be delivered within 3 working days to addresses in the UK. If your parcel weighs less than 2.5kg, it will be delivered by Royal Mail, otherwise it will be delivered by courier.
 
Where the "Express Delivery (Other 24 Hour Courier)" option is offered, expect delivery by 5:30pm next working day.
 
Please ensure that your goods can be received, or give instructions where they can be left safely, as free re-delivery cannot be guaranteed.
 
Product Advice
 
Due to their nature, the weight of wool fibres and dried dye stuff can be affected by moisture in the atmosphere. Please allow for a variation of up to 10% weight loss or gain.
 
Colour charts are supplied for all colour products. These are provided to indicate the colours of dyes, paints, yarns and fibres. There will be variations depending on monitor settings as the brightness, contrast and room conditions will all effect the colour seen. It is recommended that colour and swatch cards are ordered where colour matching is vital.
