My elderly father made a mistake when purchasing the shipping label. Instead of voiding the shipping label; he accidently canceled the entire order. eBay gives choices as to why & he picked "address incorrect". He immediately realized his mistake and contacted the buyer. Sometimes mistakes happen and we do everything to possible to correct them.

No idea why you would give a seller a neutral feedback. We can not purchase items through your account; someone who had access to your account/computed must have purchased the cards. I totally understand that mistakes happen and have no problem cancelling a purchase at the buyer's request. My father who handles this account was in the hospital at the time & we may have been a little slower than normal replying to request.
