We can only accept PAYPAL - Payment for the majority of items must be paid immediately on the 'Buy it Now' option. Otherwise payment must be received within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although the majority are usually dispatched

within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We do not overcharge on postage and do

not make any money on postage and packaging costs. All orders are packaged carefully (as our

feedback will show) to ensure your item arrives safely. We use 1st Class Royal Mail for the majority of our

items we send and courier for other larger items. Please contact us for any questions you have on postage.

Terms / Returns

Every item we list is in stock now - we do not drop-ship or pre-sell items, preventing any delay in dispatching your item. If its for sale, we have it now.  We are confident in the quality of all our products and therefore offer our customers a 7 day satisfaction return policy upon receipt of item, providing the goods are unused and in original packaging. Everything we sell is brand new original stock, supplied in the full original manufacturers packaging if applicable and where licensed is officially licensed. We make every effort to make sure the image is accurate, but is for representation only.

We will not be held responsible for

the cost of returned items. We ask the Buyer to check the item description and ask any questions

before the final purchase. The seller will not be responsible for any postage and packing costs

associated with returned items.

7 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD D.S.R.
The buyer/customer has a 7 DAY D.S.R cool off period from the day after delivery in which you may return the item for a full refund but PLEASE NOTE the return POSTAGE FEE'S are the customers sole responsibility and not refundable, the item MUST be returned in an un-used re-saleable condition as delivered and MUST be in its original packing including any remote controllers’ & instruction manuals ect, any missing parts/packing may be deducted from refund due, also if any item is returned for a refund outside the 7 day returns period (not including faulty goods) then any refund will only be given at our discretion plus a 26% restocking and handling fee may apply at our discretion to the items original value (ex postage) all returns under the DSR 7 day cool off period must be received by us within a total of 14 days after the day of receipt so you have 7 days to advise us of the intended return and 7 days to get the goods back to us, if we sign for any item after 14 days from the original day of receipt a restocking fee may apply, items must be returned by secure carriage again please remember we do not refund any return postage for any items returned under the 7 day cool off period unless faulty and under warranty.
Please note: Some refunds can take upto 30 days.
PLEASE remember items that are advised of intended return within 7 days from day after receipt and received back to us within a total of 14 days from day of original receipt in as new condition and in the original box and packing are NOT charged any restocking fee, after this time period a restocking and handling fee may apply at our discretion.
