The case may have one or two minor scuffs or scratches, having served its function of protecting the coin from damage. Prospective purchasers should bear in mind that this is not a proof example; it was in contact with other coins and machinery during the minting process. Its condition may reflect this with some minor contact scratches (sometimes called bag marks) on the surfaces of the coin.”
