For all returns queries, please contact us via the eBay Messaging System an email (sales@fyldesports.co.uk) or by phoning our office (+44 1253 486144).
1. If you no longer want the product you purchased, kindly send us a message from the eBay messaging system, email or phone us. Please note the product has to be in its original condition as received and unopened. For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used.
2. If the item is faulty, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent.
3. If you simply purchased the item in error and no longer want the item and can comply with policy(1) we can only refund total amount you paid minus a 10% handling fee. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance if purchased in error.
