Delivery

The delivery on your orders is typically 1-2 Working Days. Order must be placed before 12 noon to give the best chance of dispatching same day. Although every effort will be made to achieve this, certain parts that are not easily removable or already on the shelf, may be sent the next working day instead.

All parts are removed from auto-salvaged 4x4's and sometimes cannot be checked fully due to the damage sustained to the vehicle.

Dalcrue Autosalvage cannot cover costs relating to either the fitting or removal of used parts - we will only refund the price of the part.

Parts can only be returned within 10 days of purchase if ordered correctly.

No refund will be given if parts do not have our markings on them or have been tampered with. No refund will be given on items alleged to have been damaged during transit following signature as being received in good condition.
