Returns are accepted if the item is not functional or as described within 14days of receiving
 
If the item you received is faulty, or it has missing parts, please contact us via ebay message or returns resolution centre, send a clear image of the fault, or an image of all items received. These will be looked at by our returns department, and they will inform you about the next step.
 
The cost of returning the product will be at the customer’s expense if the item is returned after 14 days of purchase, also 20% restocking fees will be deducted.
