Brand New Items are made of metal and heat resistant PBT plastic (polybutylene terephthalate, (C12H12O4)n, melting point 223°C, plasticity at 125 °C). Some items utilise ceramics for certain parts. All items below meet European electrical regulations and have CE certification. Please note when ordering the male refers to the part that will be inserted into your lamp/luminaire socket and the female is referring to the part that will take the light bulb whether it be incandescent, low energy halogen, CFL compact fluorescent lights, or the latest LED/SMD bulb replacements. e.g. B22 Male to E27 Female adaptor, is to allow an Edison screw light bulb to be used in the bayonet socket of your lamp/luminaire.

For return address please see return label on the back of your parcel, which is also on the head of the invoice enclosed in the dispatch document pouch attached to the outside of the parcel. If purchasing software or hardware please ensure it is compatible with your PC. If you are unsure please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm compatibility. A full refund for software, providing the item is unopened and in its original packaging, can be given if returned within 14 days of receipt. Software, if it has been opened, is excluded from UK Distance Selling Regulations returns and cancellation policy. Returned item has to be in its original item packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. After receiving the returned item we will issue a replacement, if not available (depending on stock), a refund will be issued.
