SHIPPING:

 

 

All items up to 2kg are sent first class standard which usually arrives 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, however you can upgrade postage to a recorded service.

We aim to ship all products within 2 working days of purchase. We do advise that all customers upgrade the postage to 1st class recorded this will insure that your item is covered for loss or damage.

RETURNS:

 

 

Products can be returned to AquaHeaven if un-damaged and non faulty for a refund up to 7 days from date of delivery. AquaHeaven must be notified prior to the return of any goods and all goods must be shipped in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale failing to do so will forfeit refund.  All products are returned to AquaHeaven are at cost to the Customer and at the Customer’s risk so please send recorded. A refund will be given once the product has been returned to AquaHeaven, Please note there is a 10% re-shelving fees on returned non faulty goods. Products to be returned to AquaHeaven should be adequately packed and despatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled. Any Issues Please Contact AquaHeaven Via Email. If your item should be damaged on delivery PLEASE contact us straight away via email aquaheaven01@yahoo.co.uk via a question or ring on 0113 2297770 we will sort this out for you in the best and quickest way that we can. If the item is faulty then again please contact us as soon as possible so that we can sort out the return and send you a replacement item. if you would rather have a refund at this point we cannot issue a refund until the item is back with us, once it is returned a refund will be issued. notification of damaged or faulty goods must be notified within 48 hours of the delivery. Faulty products under guarantee must be notified to us before you return the item to us at the customers cost. Please keep your original proof of purchase paperwork that came with your purchase. A replacement will be sent out once the item has been received by AquaHevaen and inspected, we will only refund if we can no longer supply you with a replacement.

 

 

 

WHERES MY ITEM/S ?

 

 

Please may we stress that sometimes Royal Mail can lose items.

( I know hard to believe) If this does happen please contact us straight away, first you will need to visit your local Post Office collection point it is normally there. The post man does not always leave you a calling card.

Please be aware that the post office do not consider any parcel lost untill 15 days after it was due to arrive. We will do our upmost to correct this. Please remember we do not deliver the items - The Royal Mail do, this is not an excuse but a fact.
