Returning Sealed Items
Customer service is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your product please contact us. All products come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee policy. Products must remain sealed. Buyer pays return postage. The full amount paid less the original postage will be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance. Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the date you received it. Please allow 3 business days after we receive the item to process your return.

Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 5 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have inspected the goods, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items or forward to the manufacturer for thorough testing, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
