Unfortunately we do not accept returns for any personalised items (ie wooden name plaques, letters, stencils) unless we have made an error with the spelling or design. These are bespoke to you so please be as specific as possible with colour choices, style etc otherwise we will use our own design options. We do not offer a change of mind policy.
 
On any unpersonalised products (ie beads, embossing powder) returns are accepted up to 30 days from purchase however the return postage cost is to be paid for by the buyer. On return the full cost of the item will be refunded minus the cost of actual postage paid, ebay and paypal fees.
 
Once items have been purchased we are unable to send to an alternative address or amend the order in any way. If there is any problem before checkout please contact us and we will do our best to resolve.
 
If you do need to cancel an order after purchase, we will refund your item minus the ebay and paypal charges we have incurred.
 
To participate in the multi buy offers all items need to be added to basket and paid for in one single transaction. We will not send a free item if each item is put through checkout separately.
 
Please allow two weeks for delivery on any personalised item as these are made to order.
 
Beads, glitter and embossing powder are measured on weight not quantity and therefore amounts are approximate. You may receive +/- 10% however we do always aim to send more than less.
