After Your Item Arrives

• Check the packaging to ensure the correct item has arrived.

• Open the box after delivery and check the contents. If anything is missing or damaged please contact us.

• Open and unroll the mattress. Depending on room temperature it may require 6 to 24 hours to expand.

• Try the mattress out. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you have 7 days to contact us to cancel your purchase.

For Your Convenience

• Please consider having delivery to a work address. Our mattresses are sent rolled and boxed for easy transportation.

• Do remember to track your delivery online. You will see when the item is scanned onto a delivery van from your local depot.

• Please note that as we use an express courier, they will not call in advance of delivery and we cannot book a specific delivery time.

• Do not dispose of your old mattress until after your new one has arrived.

• Note that delivery takes longer to Scottish Highlands and Offshore addresses and additional costs will apply.
