Payment:

We accept payment by Paypal, personal cheque, postal order and other payment methods (please contact us for further details). We require payment within 5 days after auction ending, if for any reason your payment is going to be delayed please do let us know, this will save us from starting the unpaid item process.

Shipping:

We ship all items within 3 working days from date of payment. All items are sent by 1st or 2nd class recorded post which is insured to the value of £34.00 and will require a signature upon delivery. While this form of postage is not as cheap as the standard postage option it does offer both the customer and seller protection, as alot of items have gone walkies recently!

Please note that we do obtain proof of postage for all items sent and we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are undelivered or damaged in transit. We will of course help you to track your package through Royal Mail and help with a claim if needs be.
