5m x 1m of 300gsm Chop-strand Fibreglass Mat Pack

M501 is a glass fibre chopped strand mat made form E-glass incorporating a silane coupling agent. The 50 mm long strands are held together with a styrene soluble emulsion binder.

M501 is designed for easy and fast working with UP resins in hand lay-up processes.

PROPERTIES


• Good surface bonding and high strand integrity
• Hand lay-up
• Easy air removal
• Used in manufacturing e.g. boats, tanks, panels and large structural parts
