The process today of manufacturing wind spinners is not much different than it was when Ron Spinks, President of Iron Stop, came up with the idea and began creating them in his garage. A former Marine with a background in art and engineering, Spinks started out creating and selling his metalwork creations part-time, more for his own self-satisfaction as an artist, but it soon grew into something else . Iron Stop now sells to well over 5,000 stores around the world and continues to grow.
Iron Stop has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years having sold millions of wind spinners, but we have never lost touch with the roots the company was founded upon. Ron Spinks continues to have a hand in development of all new designs and products coming into the market from beginning to end. Due to family commitments at weekends all orders after approx 2.00pm on a Friday will be packed on a Monday. Often due to the volume of weekend sales some items bought on a Sunday and/or a Monday will not be shipped until Tuesday. If payment clears before 2pm on a Tuesday to Friday your item will be despatched the same day. If between 2pm & 4pm on a Tuesday to Friday it may be shipped the same day but is not guaranteed. I do NOT normally ship on a Saturday other than at Xmas.
When leaving feedback please follow eBay's rules regarding dispatch time. Following cleared payment if I have dispatched the item in the time I have stated in the listing please don't penalise me if you item doesn't arrive promptly due a poor postal service. This is not a true reflection of the service I have provided for you. If you mark me down eBay penalise me with higher fees.
For International buyers shipping to Europe will be by Airmail Small Packets, International Signed for Airmail (some countries by Airsure) depending on the item & value. International buyers will only be allowed to buy if Paypal confirm your payment is eligible for seller protection, you have good current feedback & can make payment by Paypal or by Bank Transfer. For items over £60 if you don't have good current feedback your order may be refunded & declined. This is due to the high amount of Paypal non receipt claims from fraudulent buyers.
