Import Duties

Shipping and handling

• All goods are shipped from Shenzhen, China, and shipping is via China or HK air mail, which will take about 10 to 15 working days to US, Australia and Europe, and we don't ship to Africa, Asia, and Italy(buyers from these countries please contact us before bidding). And the goods would be shipped out within 48 hours during working days after we get your payment. Please report to us if your order has not come in 20 working days .Expedited service are available, we will provide you the service per requests.

Warranty Policy

• Returns for exchange are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 15 days from date of receipt. Buyer should ensure item in re-saleable condition. Merchandise damaged or with missing components are not exchanged We offer free repairing service within 1 year of purchase. For the first 2 months of purchase, we will pay one way shipping cost (from China to your location). After 2 months of purchase, the buyer need to pay 2 ways of shipping cost. If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact us before you send it back.
• Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
