POSTAGE

There is currently .85p p&p for all UK BIN orders at our store excluding auction items. Postage for auction items is £1.25 flat rate (ie you can buy several auction items and the combined total is still £1.25) via second class. If auction items are bought in conjunction with BIN items the £1.25 p&p flat rate applies to the order unless the combined goods total is over £10 in which case free p&p then applies

Postage for orders to Europe is £3.50 plus .10p per extra different item. (ie from a different listing).

Postage for orders to Rest of World is £4.50 plus .10p per extra different item.

Items are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail.

We reserve the right to use a signed for service for any order if we feel it is appropriate.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. Please request a total if items do not add up correctly.

Please note we reserve the right to send a parcel by first class standard recorded for delivery confirmation.  This service requires a signature upon receipt.

For customers paying by Paypal, we ONLY ship to the registered address provided on the sale.  We do not accept alternative addresses via email as postage is completed automatically through paypal.  If you wish to send an item to an alternative address, please register this on paypal before making payment.

Invoices are not sent out as a rule as all purchase information is registered on Ebay and can be printed directly by the buyer.  If a printout of the order details is specifically required please specify this at checkout.

It is the buyer's responsibility to request a correct total in the event that postage does not add up correctly.  Postage refunds are given on a discretionary basis. 

In the case of a wrong item being received, the correct items will be sent forthwith with an SAE to return any incorrect goods.  Failure to return incorrect items may prejudice future use of the shop.

Payment is to be received within seven days of purchase of item.  After this time we reserve the right to mark the item as unpaid.

For customers outside the European Union, import duties that may be charged are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  This may also result in a delay in delivery.

In the case of items lost in transit, postage paid by us on the mislaid order will be deducted from the refund.
