About Us/ Terms We are a Large established family run Bar & Catering equipment company with over 20 years trading in the industry. Most products are shipped from our own warehouse in Blackburn and come completely packaged. We are one of the UK's largest distributors of beer, bar and catering equipment and pride ourselves on our quality service and competitive prices. All new items can be bought on line through e-bay, in person at the showroom or over the phone any time. Shipping Postage and packaging costs within the UK mainland are stated, Shipping charges outside UK Mainland vary, (please call 01254 888153 for details). We aim for most deliveries to be shipped within 24 hours after full payment is received (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and arrive to you within 1-5 working days. If you win/ buy it now and are located outside the UK Mainland we will contact you and invoice you any additional charge for the extra delivery cost. When you are submitting payment we will need a contact telephone number to arrange all deliveries. Delivery We use our own transport and various courier companies which are dependent on size and weight of items. Please ensure there is adequate access for larger items as we cannot be held responsible if items are too large/small for access. Please note that our couriers cannot take large or heavy items into your premises, they will take them as close as possible to your door. Standard Delivery is to the UK mainland only. Highlands and other areas outside the radius are subject to an extra charge please call 01254 888153 first before bidding. Goods must be checked on receipt before you sign the delivery note. A delivery note signed by the customer or the person receiving the goods means that the customer is satisfied with the goods that they have been delivered and that it has been delivered correctly and undamaged. If for any reason you identify a fault this must be written on the delivery driver’s delivery note and be reported to us in writing within 48 hours. All goods come with a manufactures warranty in full or in part. All items listed are new unless otherwise stated. Returns Items that wish to be returned that have not been used and still remain in the original packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and subject to the cost if the item being delivered back to the warehouse. Warranty All new goods come with either 1 year’s parts & labour warranty; however some products only carry a back to base warranty or parts only warranty. B-grade goods come with no warranty but are fully checked by engineers. Please check advert or call us to confirm warranty.
