We have a hassle free returns policy. If for any reason, whatsoever, within 14 days of purchase you would like to return the item then please send us a message through eBay. Please note, if the item you received is damaged then you must contact us within 24 hours. We will issue RMA (Returns Material Authorization) Number to be written and clearly visible on the outside of the box when shipping back to us. No Returns will be accepted without an RMA Number.

You may return the item back to us with all warranty labels in place and without any tampering. All returned parts must be in good condition and in original packing.

Once we receive the item back in our original packing, we will refund in full excluding our initial shipping and handling and administrative charge which is £7.50+VAT. The customer will be responsible without any exception for all return shipping charges. We will dispatch replacement faulty or defective items at our own expense.
