The print is gallery-wrapped, which allows the print to go all around the sides, and secured to the frame, no staples visible and taped on back. We print all our photo canvas products using a 12 colour printing process. The result, vibrant and rich colours that never fail to impress. We use the finest inks during the printing process allowing our products to be fade resistant for up to 100 years.

Our frames are made from high grade MDF. They are light, strong and extremely resistant to warping, shrinking or expanding. Canvas prints can get wrapped over 0.75" or 1.5" thick, solid frames. All frames are of high quality and manufactured in-house.

PLEASE NOTE: Our delivery charges reflect the full costs of packing, handling and shipping the item to you, not just the postage cost.

Your canvas will be securely wrapped in protective material and packaged in our custom-made shipping boxes, or cardboard postal tubes, if you choose unframed print.

We use Royal Mail First class or DPD courier depending on how big is the item and how many you buy. All prints will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of funds clearing, and delivery takes a further 2-3 working days.
For International we use Royal Mail Air, UPS, DHL and Fedex 5 - 15 working days. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Prints are sent out with the fully tracked courier (except small prints which are sent by Royal Mail).

All of our items are custom made to order, therefore they do not qualify for the legal 7 days cooling off period.
However, since we like to offer our customers a premium service we will offer refunds.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and all refunds exclude the initial P&P charged. If the item has free P&P then the refund will have £9.99 deducted to cover handling. (For international orders, the original p&p cost will be deducted)

We can not simply refund because you just changed your mind about the picture, think the colour is wrong or the size, you need to check before purchasing. Colours may differ from those shown, depending on individual monitor settings, we could arrange a colour sample for you prior purchase.

However as we are committed to excellent service we do accept returns within 14 working days of you receiving the item. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received in. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and all refunds exclude the initial P&P charged. If the item has free P&P then the refund will have £9.99 deducted to cover handling. Please remember colours can vary depending on individual monitor settings. Also, because you are viewing the digital image on a nice glossy monitor some colours may not seem as vivid. You can request a sample print before your purchase, to view colours accurately before ordering if this maybe a concern or problem. There is a charge for samples that can be refunded off main purchase when you purchase the full size print. Please note that we only accept returns on specific sizes of our items. Prints 40"x30" and bigger are excluded from the return policy.
