It is all one piece with a rain guard top that is so very hard to find. It has the original green paint and it has never been used. It states it was manufactured in Parral Ohio. It is in nice condition. It will fit over a round 10 ½ inch diameter pipe. Size: 18 inches tall by 12 inches diameter at the top. Does have a few small cracks on the lid when it was manufactured. Please note all photos for they too are a part of our descriptions.”
