RETURNS - Buyer has 14 calendar days cooling off period from the day after the item is received to let us know that they would like to return the item. Buyer then has an additional 14 calendar days from when they let us know they want to return the item, providing it was within the above mentioned cooling off period, to actually return the item or provide proof of the return.
