Therefore, the upholstery is new and free from damage, rips, and marks or fading. Importantly, the back rail and side arm are firm and there is no play in the joints. The swab cushion retains the original horsehair filling. The polish finish to the oak frame is in excellent condition and there are no missing carvings. The four legs stand firm on the floor and the chaise does not wobble. The brass cup castors are original. The chaise is solid in joint and is ready to use.”
