Payment & Refunds
•Contact must be made from buyer within 2 days of winning the auction or the bid will be assumed to be null and void.
•Payment must be made within 5 days or the winning bid will be assumed null and void.
•Goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared, cheques will need 10 days to clear, please make cheques payable to J.L.Burden.
•Payment by Paypal is by far the easiest and safest method of payment. We do not accept debit or credit card payments by telephone, however, should you wish to pay by cash, then payment would have to be made at our shop in Bridlington.
•We will give a full refund of the purchase price if you are not entirely satisfied, delivery charges cannot be refunded. However if our description was found to be misleading we will do our best to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
•Refunded items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their sold condition.
