Nominal old use marks to the leading edges and frame but nothing significant considering the age of the item. There are no missing carvings to the frame. The chaise is being sold for re-upholstery; it would therefore benefit from being re-upholstered, as the existing upholstery is tired. The advertised price reflects the fact that it is being sold for-upholstery and it’s current condition. The four original mahogany legs stand firm on the floor and the chaise does not wobble. The ceramic mug castors are original. The chaise is solid in joint and is ready to use.”
