Yes, over the years it has loss some of its raised wooden decorations but that is what makes this box so very valuable! It was lovingly hand crafted many, many years ago. Please note the great detailing of the hand inside the box that has a decoupage flowering artwork pasted over the raised wood. Very intriguing primitive wooden folk art box that has a lid with functioning hinges. 10 inches in length by 6 ¾ inches long and 4 inches high.
