Returning a fully functioning product: You are entitled to return a product for a refund within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receipt of your order. You will be refunded the price of the product, provided that the item is received intact and in a fully resalable condition (Packaging undamaged and all accessories included in the return). Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please follow the Returns Procedure outlined below. Returning a faulty product: If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please email ebay@apple4less.eu in order to obtain a Return Material Authorisation(RMA) form.
