Returning a fully functioning product: You are entitled to return a product for a refund within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receipt of your order. You will be refunded the price of the product, provided that the item is received intact and in a fully resalable condition (Packaging undamaged and all accessories included in the return). Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please follow the Returns Procedure outlined below. Returning a faulty product: If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please email ebay@apple4less.eu in order to obtain a Return Material Authorisation(RMA) form. This form must be fully completed and returned with the faulty product. If an item is received without an RMA form we cannot process the return because we won’t have any contact information or any details on the fault.
