We have included many photos that clearly show its need for repainting and redecorating. It will need the loose paint removed and new graphic images applied if you wish it to look as new. You, however, may also opt to install it just as it is, with its original paint and the grandeur of coming from the Cape Canaveral Florida area. CAUTION: This item is used and needs extensive cosmetics. NO post is being included, ONLY the mailbox.
