Here we have for sale an 'B Grade' Playstation 3 Console, this is the 120GB Version.

These Consoles are 'A Grade' Customer return items.

The consoles come to you complete with all leads and a dualshockcontroller, however please be aware that the Controllers have been refurbished to a New standard using Brand New casings, analogue sticks and buttons. Please do not be put off by this, if we did not mention it you would not know as they appear as Brand New.

What does Graded mean?

'A' Grade - These are items that have never been used and are in near perfect condition with only the very slight mark (on rare occasions).

'B' Grade - These are items that have never been used, however these will have slight marks/Scratches on them, however these will not affect functionality and they will not be severe or ugly to look at.

'C' Grade - Items that have been returned from Customers and may have been used for a short period of time and/or will have visible scratches or marks - we will always note any serious damage in the sale.

7 DAY RETURN POLICY 

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days from the date of delivery without reason. We do however ask that you inform us by email of your intention to return any item/s within this 7 day period, upon which we will issue you with an RMA number. Please ensure this number is quoted with your return item/s.

Product Guarantee

After the 7 day period, a faulty item can be returned within the Guarantee period offered with the sale. Notification by email MUST be received within warranty timescale. Upon receipt of the faulty item we will check the fault and if genuine, we will at our sole discretion either repair or replace the item with another identical product. Exceptions to this are when the item is out of stock; in this instance we will negotiate with you to replace with a similar item, or if desired, a full refund will be issued. In any event, if the fault is found to be genuine, full refund of your postage costs to return the item to us will be given. The responsibility for returns lies solely with the buyer, it is therefore your responsibility to ensure that any returned item/s arrive back with us safely. 

UNDELIVERED ITEMS 

If we despatch an item which the Courier then attempts to deliver but for whatever reason cannot, a note will be left detailing attempted delivery. The item will then be held at your local Sorting Office for a minimum of 7 working days. If the item is not collected within the timescale the item will be returned to sender. The costs of re-posting are to be borne by the buyer in all circumstances. It is entirely the customers responsibility to ensure that all their contact details and Postal Address details are correct. We will not be responsible for non delivery if you have moved house and do not provide us with a correct address. 

REFUNDS 

Once authorised, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned goods. Our usual method of refund is through PayPal.

We will always attempt to reply to any queries within 24 hours, however, where this is not possible, you should never have to wait longer than 48 hours for a reply. The best method of contact to achieve the fastest response is through eBay messaging service.

As per the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) we are responsible for ensuring that your goods arrive with you.  A seller that claims that they will not take responsibility once the goods are placed in the delivery system are not meeting their legal obligations. However, we will not enter into negotiations relating to replacement or refund until the time period established by a delivery company regarding late or lost goods has passed.  This is 15 working days through Royal Mail although other couriers have differing policies.  When we suspect that an item is lost we will send you through a form to fill in and sign in order to enter a claim with Royal Mail.
