Postage & Payment   Returns & Exchanges 

We offer generous discounts to our customers who buy more than one item.  To benefit from combined item discount you MUST WAIT for us to send you an invoice.  Unfortunately if items are paid for separately, no discount on postage can be given. 

Unfortunately this store and its relevant prices are for internet customers only and for this reason WE DO NOT allow for goods to be collected

Shipping to Overseas is possible, please email for details of shipping costs and allowable destinations.

All items listed are available from stock and will be despatched within 48hrs.  On the rare occassion that an item may go out of stock you will be advised by email. 

 We use Royal Mail for our deliveries which are generally very reliable, however should your order not arrive within 7 working days, please let us know.  In the case of lost items we will do all the necessary paperwork but PLEASE NOTE - your item is not deemed as lost (by Royal Mail) until after 14 days.  

Payment can be made by PAYPAL, Postal Order or by credit card (please email for further information).  Upon reciept of cleared payment orders will be shipped without delay.  Payment by e-cheque is also acceptable but please be aware that this takes considerably longer.  Please note we no longer accept personal cheques due to the clearance times and the delay which results in delivering your order.

 

 

Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase then returns and exchanges are accepted.  Please look at the following checklist prior to returning the item

  • Please advise via email of the pending return and your requirements for an exchange
  • The article must be returned within 7 working days
  • Item must be in its original packaging with labels attached
  • Garment must be unworn, have no marks, stains, pet hair etc etc.
  • Please enclose a copy of your purchase notice with the item, detailing your requirements
  • As the buyer you are responsible for any additional postage costs incurred. 

The following items are not accepted for return or exchange - auction listings, clearance items, legwarmers, tights, gifts & accessories. 

Please note should the item not be returned in a refundable state then it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.  

If you are returning your item for a refund, please check the list above, item must be sent postage paid and it remains your responsibility until it has been received.  Your refund will be for the price of the item and not for the postage you have paid.  Refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 15% to cover fees and other related business costs.
