I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER
 
Due to our extremely short processing time we are unable to change orders after they have been placed. You are welcomed to use our 365 day return policy should you wish to change you mind.
 
 
WHEN WILL YOU DESPATCH MY ORDER?
 
We despatch orders the same working day up to 12pm. Any orders taken after 12pm are dispatched the following working day.
Please allow extra time for despatch during sale time and periods of high demand such as Christmas. Minor delays may also be experienced from time to time due to UK public holidays.
 
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
 
Delivery times will vary, but usually we expect UK deliveries to take place within 2 working days for RM 24 and within 3-4 days for RM 48. European deliveries within 7-12 days and Rest of World deliveries within 2-3 weeks. We try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control. Please allow extra time for delivery at busy posting times such as public holidays and festive occasions. Should you require you parcel urgently or require a traceable method then please ensure you select one from the checkout section. WE do offer faster and traceable deliveries on all of our listings.
 
WHAT TO DO WHEN ITEMS DON'T ARRIVE OR ARE LATE?
 
In the case of missing orders or items, you should contact us within 14 days of placing your order and we will resend your order or offer a full refund. For standard non traceable deliveries we do not offer any guarantee on on when your item will arrive. Should you order be time sensitive then we highly recommend you select the express options which ensures your order arrives on time with tracking.
 
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
 
What if I don't like the item or it doesn't fit?
No problem, i6 automotive offers a complete no quibbles return guarantee. Simply send the item back for a refund and please include documentation to show what items you're returning and the reason why. Also please advise us via eBay messages.
 
If you require a refund?
 
If you require a refund, you should also return any accessories and free gifts you received with your items. We will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price and any delivery charges you have incurred in getting the items to you no later than 30 days from and including, the day on which you notified us of your intention to return the items in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Refunds are credited to your original method of payment.
 
Damaged items/ Items received incorrectly.
 
If any items you purchase from us are defective or incomplete upon arrival, or if you receive an item you didn't order, you must notify us immediately using the eBay message or the contact a seller link to request an exchange or a refund. Please return items by Royal Mail tracked post. Please do not return by courier or by 'Next Day' delivery (Unless otherwise advised).
