The seller didn't tell me they were on holiday when I purchased the item; after purchase I was told that no items would be dispatched until "next week". They were actually dispatched nearly 3 weeks late - fortunately I intervened in time and cancelled the order as they would have arrived too late for the event I needed them for. I only received a refund when I asked Ebay to step in.
