Terms and conditions of the sale
if your considering purchasing one of our items please read the terms and conditions below.
 
 
1) all items come with a minimum 30 days warranty from the date of delivery. unless clearly described as spares/repairs. additional warranty is available at extra cost. please enquire.
 
2) engines need to be fitted by qualified mechanics, vat registered etc. not back street operatives for any warranty to be valid. we recommended a new timing belt and water pump kit, as this is one of the most common reasons for engine failure.
 
3) before purchase you must either match up the part number or picture and confirm yourself that the item is what you require. it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the part will fit your car.
 
4) delivery times are stated clearly on ebay. and where possible we will send out items as soon as possible. a variety of delivery options are available at checkout. express postage must be paid at the time of buying. we can not accept payment for postage after ebay checkout has been completed. please be aware the cut-off time for dispatch is 11am. any item bought on 24hr delivery after 11am will be sent the next working day. please be aware that the express postage charges covers the delivery service as well as addtional labour costs to prioritize your order.
 
5) strictly no collections on our items. we operate a closed facility that is not open to the public. there are no exceptions to the collection rule.
 
6) delivery to northern ireland , highlands , scottish isles, will incur extra charge. contact us before purchase to confirm the delivery charge. generally small items, will incur £10 surcharge. engines , pallet orders a minimum £50 surcharge.
 
7) any damaged item must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving it.
 
8) if an item is disassembled or striped then the return will be rejected and a report made to ebay.
 
9) we refund upon the reciept of the returned item.
 
10) returns are not accepted outside of the warranty period.
 
11) its your responsibility to make sure you have purchased the correct item. pictures and part numbers are provided for your reference
 
12) where there is an issue with an item its best to call us as soon as possible So we can deal swiftly with the matter, therefore we will require a phonecall to authorise a return. if your unable to call, for example you have no credit on your phone, you may send us a message on ebay, with your contact number
 
13) gaskets, sealants and any bolt on ancillary is not covered by our warranty. example, head gasket is not covered. this is a wear and tear item.
 
14) mileages provided are clearly not warrantied. where possible its the buyers responsibility to ensure that mileage for parts are accurate.
 
15) our warranty covers the cost of the part, and no other costs incurred. example, labour is not covered. cost of hire car is not covered. cost or replacement part is not covered. where possible we recommend you purchase additional warranty for your piece of mind.
 
16) items must be returned complete, if any parts are missing, then the return will be rejected and reported to ebay.
 
17) items that have been tampered with will not be returnable. and example would be if a buyer purchases a rear light, and removes the bulbs and send the rear light back, then the return will be refused.
 
 
 
18) ITEMS ARE SENT 1ST CLASS WITH ROYAL MAIL 1st CLASS , OR 48HOUR SERVICE WITH PARCELFORCE TRACKED.
 
19) PARCELFORCE MAKE 1 DELIVERY ATTEMPT, IF YOUR NOT AT HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO COLLECT FROM THE DEPOT YOURSELF, OR PAY POSTAGE FOR A 2ND DELIVERY ATTEMPT.
 
20) IF YOU HAVE MISSED THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEM, AND YOU DONT COLLECT FROM THE DEPOT, THE ITEM IS AUTOMATICALLY RETURNED TO US, THEN WE WILL REFUND LESS THE RETURN POSTAGE CHARGE.
 
21) when paying for express postage, please be aware this is a 24hour service and not same day. our cut off time is 11am, so any order purchased after 11am, will be dispatched the very next day. tracking information will be provided for express delivery.
