BU12 UPPER GAS BURNER SUPPORT TWIN PRONG VERSION

This fixed price listing is for one top burner support as shown in picture below. Please note only one item is supplied per purchase, picture shows two for illustration only.  POSTAGE / DELIVERY

Orders processed before 3:45 pm are dispatched same day, the next working day delivery by courier service is to mainland UK only, please note that certain remote areas (Highlands & Islands) and Northern Ireland are not covered by our daily couriers, these areas will have to be sent using royal mail or an alternative service. Please also note that normal next day delivery is Monday to Friday only, parts sent out on a Friday will not normally be delivered until the next normal working day which would be Monday, if you require Saturday delivery please call us before completing checkout. We ask that you include a contact telephone number when completing the sale for us to place on the couriers manifest, our couriers will not  take parcels without a contact number. A signature is required for each parcel. Parcels sent out on the standard next day courier can be delivered any time between 7:00 am & 6:30 pm. If nobody is available to sign for the parcel then the driver may leave a card and you may have to contact them to arrange re-delivery. If nobody is available then the parcel will be returned to us. Please unpack and check all items before signing for them, we can not be held responsible for any items that have been signed for as ok and then later reported as damaged. We will not be held responsible for any losses incurred either direct or indirectly as a result of delayed delivery of any items. All prices shown on ebay listings INCLUDE Vat. We will accept payment by Paypal, postal order or personal / business cheques and credit or debit cards, if paying by card please contact us on 01924 872982. Payment is only accepted in Sterling (GBP). Buyers outside of the UK are responsible for any duties, local taxes and charges due. Please complete checkout and send payment within 48 hours of completing a purchase.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

We will gladly refund the full payment amount (excluding carriage charges) if you are at all dis-satisfied with an item or find it is not suitable for the purpose you bought it for as long as the item is returned in its original condition and unused within 14 days of receipt. We can not refund the original outgoing carriage charge and reserve the right to deduct a maximum of 20% handling charge for items that have been ordered in error. Return carriage charges have to be at the buyers expense and items must be sent recorded or secure delivery to enable a full refund. All items are sold with a thirty day warranty against manufacturing defects. Any items returned as faulty will need to be supported by a detailed report from a qualified person stating the exact nature of the fault. Returned items will be inspected by our own qualified engineers or returned to our supplier for inspection. Items that have been unpacked and fitted and are not in the original re-saleable condition will be returned to the buyer and no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to offer either a replacement part or a full refund for returned items.
