Ordering:
1. Please ensure that you check your delivery address and chosen postal service when ordering. We are unable to amend or change these once your order has been placed.
2. By confirming your order details and completing your order, you are confirming that your order details shown at the checkout are correct.
 
Dispatch:
1. All orders will be dispatched same working day if ordered before our last cut off point. All orders placed after our last cut off point or on a non working day will be dispatched the next working day.
2. A working day is Monday – Friday and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays
3. If we are unable to dispatch your order within the displayed time frame, we will contact you via eBay messages to inform you. In such an event, you would be offered a full refund on your order.
 
Delivery:
1. All delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates, unless otherwise stated.
2. You will be given a delivery estimate by eBay when completing your order. This is estimated based on the postal service selected and the country your order is been delivered too.
