Courier Despatch - We generally use a 2 - 3 day delivery service, which operates Monday to Friday. Normally items are delivered the next working day however this is not guaranteed.

In the event of a failed delivery on the first attempt, a card will be posted through your letterbox. You need to respond to this within 24 hours! On the card will be the phone and consignment number, you need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. The undelivered consignment will be held at local depot for 3 days, if the depot is not contacted within this time the consignment will be returned to us and further charges will be incurred by you for the cost of your parcel being returned to us and redelivery to you. N.B.This is normally triple the original delivery costs!!!

Royal Mail - We despatch by Royal Mail daily Monday - Friday.

Items sent to ITALY will only be sent by ‘International Signed For’ at cost of £4.50 + standard airmail cost

If for any reason your item does not arrive, please let us know as soon as possible and check with your local sorting office to see if the item is being held there. If the item is returned to us having not been collected from a sorting office we will recharge you postage costs to resend.
