Product Information
Set in Virginia,1831, Nat Turner an educated slave preacher, whose broke owner, Samuel Turner accepts Nat's proposal to preach fellow slaves of various plantations for earning a better livelihood. Nat soon begins to empathize with slaves who bear the atrocities of their ruthless owners. He gathers followers through his sermons and begins to believe he can provide them freedom by orchestrating an uprising.
