We try our utmost to ehlp ensure the bars are kept safe when in trasnsit, it's a lengthy pack as the bars ae so long, so always happy to assist if any marks are evident on a used area, IE the grips will hide the most vunerable part of the handlebars. I am not sure if the device is working properly! It does allow my lights to work. But the indicators don't get a full sweep and they seem a little dim. 🤷🏻♂️ They do light well enough to get five led diods lit before cycling. So I am giving a neutral. Please understand the product works I just don't know if it working properly. I am happy to be able to get back out. Sod it, I just changed it to positive the item arrived in very good time. Thank you. Shiny side up.👍🏼
