This item needs more cleaning and has not been oiled or restored. It is missing its handle. It does have some slight surface rust or discoloration. The casters on the bottom still roll but one needs to be tightened up, the mop press still moves and is not frozen up, I see no holes that would cause it to not hold water. This item has dings, blemishes, missing logos, missing paint on handle, and other cosmetic flaws... that just comes with age and use. Please look at all pictures to determine if you agree with our idea of condition and to determine if you can use this item in the condition that it is in.
