Payment policy :
 
Payments for eBay orders should be completed within a 7 day period, specified by eBay, any orders without clear payment will be cancelled automatically and an unpaid item case may be recorded to your account which could result in restrictions on your account.
 
Delivery Policy:
 
All deliveries are sent via DPD on an express 48 hour delivery, apart from oversized items (over 1.2m) these will be send via UPS. Tracking will always be emailed to you following dispatch & the couriers will then keep you updated throughout the delivery process. We strongly encourage buyers to refer to these emails where necessary & ensure your email address is accurate within eBay.
 
DPD will attempt delivery once before sending the parcel to a nearby DPD Pick-up Shop, if this is not possible they will attempt delivery a second time before sending the parcel back to us. Any parcels that are delivered to a DPD Pick-up Shop will be held for 7 days before being sent back to us. We strongly advise you check for updates and download the DPD app whereby you can manage the delivery. Please ensure all details are up to date and accurate within your eBay account to eliminate any potential failed deliveries.
 
UPS will attempt delivery once before sending the parcel to a nearby UPS Pick-up Shop, if this is not possible they will attempt delivery a second time before sending the parcel back to us. Any parcels that are delivered to a UPS Pick-up Shop will be held for 7 days before being sent back to us. Please ensure all details are up to date and accurate within your eBay account to eliminate any potential failed deliveries.
 
All our deliveries are FOC however if an order is returned to us in an instance where the couriers have not received further info from yourself, a £4.95 re-delivery cost will be charged before we can dispatch again.
 
We dispatch Monday - Friday with a 14:00pm cut-off for same day dispatch. Any orders raised after 14:00pm Friday & during the weekend are dispatched the following Monday AM.
 
If you have not received your tracking info or order within 72 hours, please get in touch via our eBay messenger.
 
Return policy:
 
All orders have a 30 day return / exchange policy and you must contact us at your earliest convenience if you have any concerns and would like to raise a return. We cannot accept returns after 30 days with the exception of products that hold warranty, these items will be discussed at the time of return request and would be sent away to the supplier if required.
 
All items must be returned with a traceable means of postage to avoid dispute on any lost post. Please remember to include your eBay user ID, name and address. The returned goods (except faulty items) must be in same condition as they were received.
 
Any replacements required will be issued once we receive the original item back.
 
Liquid Returns: 14 day returns accepted providing any seals are unbroken and bottle contains all contents.
 
We can also provide an item collection service but this may be at additional cost depending on the size of return and must be paid for before the collection takes place. Please contact us via the eBay messaging system for a quote and to arrange a collection. Collections can be arranged between 9-5 Monday-Friday.
 
Damaged/Missing items.
 
If, for one reason or another, your item should arrive broken or part is missing, you must contact us within seven days for us to be able to rectify it. If you contact us after this seven day grace period we will be unable to assist you. To avoid any problems, please check your item the day it arrives and contact us if there is a problem. Sometimes we may ask you to send us evidence of the damaged item, this will usually be a photo but we may request that you return the item.
