getpaddedup is part of scarylong golf and all payments are made to scarylong golf.

Full payment must be completed before goods are despatched. Payment can be made via PayPal (note that PayPal now accepts credit or debit card payments without the need to create a PayPal account) or you can also choose to pay by either cheque (payable to scarylong golf), postal order (payable to scarylong golf) or bank transfer.
Returns/Exchanges
Under distance selling regulations. goods purchased in the getpaddedup Ebay store may be returned within 7 working days following receipt of the item(s), provided that they are returned in the original packaging and in the same condition. Personalised, customised or any other product where an adjustment has been made are excluded and cannot be returned.

The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs except in the case of faulty items.

If your item does not fit, we will happily exchange for a change of size. Simply send the item to the returns address as per the packing slip. There is a chrage for the exchange postage cost as per the original order, enclosed as a cheque payable to scarylong golf or via PayPal to sales@getpaddedup.co.uk. Picking Errors
We accept full responsibility for the wrong goods in the event of a picking error; please follow the returns process and we will correct at speed, including refund of your return postage costs.
