What will I receive?
You will receive your sticker on a pre spaced application sheet so it is ready to apply straight away. You will also receive simple fitting instructions to follow, all stickers are sent out in a good quality postal tube.
When will I receive my sticker?
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours and posted 1st class delivery, but please allow 7-10 days for delivery (for deliveries to the UK everywhere else will take longer). Please note that as the majority of our items are sent in postal tubes, you will need to be in to receive them. If your item does not arrive in the timescale stated in our listing, please kindly check your Royal mail sorting depot as the item could be waiting for collection.
Should I choose Matt or Gloss vinyl?
Matt vinyl tends to look better on walls as it gives the effect that the design has been painted on. Gloss vinyl is good for other surfaces, such as kitchen cupboards,vehicles, glass etc.
Can the stickers be re-positioned or re-used?
Stickers are for single use only as the shape may change after removing.
Can we make bespoke stickers or the sticker a different size?

How do I let you know the name or personalised information?
When paying for the item, please look out for 'add message, note to seller', alternatively you can email us through the eBay messaging system after purchase.
Are the stickers easy to remove?
Yes, the stickers are easy to remove, if you are struggling to rermove them if you heat slightly with a hairdryer they will come away easier.
