FURNITURE247 seven day returns policy: - All items must be checked upon delivery for any damages. A good first inspection of the packaging is the first step. If the packaging shows any serious damage it is highly possible the item inside is damaged. If upon receipt of your item you notice any damage to the packaging report this to the delivery person before signing. Any damages MUST be reported to the driver at the point of delivery.(As above) At this point the delivery paperwork must be marked "DAMAGED IN TRANSIT" and get the driver to sign this also. FURNITURE247 must be informed of any damages within 48 hours of delivery by email to sales@centurionfurnishings.com. Please contact us by email or phone if not sure about any of the above. Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging by suitable means of transport. (Same as method used to deliver). The return costs will be met by us until claim is processed.
