All items sold by us are covered by a 12 month warranty. This warranty does not include spares, or parts which require regular replacement due to normal wear and tear. Please contact us before returning goods. If a fault develops within 14 days of purchase then we will, if you wish, refund the full purchase price. Provided goods are in an unused re-saleable condition, and any hygiene seals have not been removed then we will accept a product back from you if you are unhappy with it within 14 days of purchase. We will refund the purchase price of the goods. If you return a faulty item within 28 days of receipt, we will refund your reasonable postage costs (first class post, or Royal Mail standard parcels). We will not refund postage where faulty goods are not being exchanged. Do not delay in returning goods to us even if you have contacted us, we will not refund postage where items have not been posted back to us within 28 days of receipt.
