IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Your item is sent in good faith and we request a signature as proof of delivery, we keep a copy of packaging notes and have a system in place to ensure that no items are missing from your order.

We will not except claims of missing items after a period of 24 hours after delivery.

Product Changes: the photos used are for illustration purposes only, we sometimes have to use different brands, or products due to the nature of manufacturing since Covid and Brexit. If you are unhappy with the item, we offer a full refund on our products via Ebay, you must however return all items to get a full refund.
 
Exchanges can not be resolved via ebay returns, if you have a faulty item, or wish to exchange one item from a kit, please message us to make arrangements.

We accept Paypal, but can only send if your address is confirmed, we cannot send to any other address but your confirmed address on your paypal account, due to paypal rules and regulations. Collections can be made 10.30-5pm Mon-Sat from our shop, payment by cash/debit card and credit card accepted. Payment for Ebay orders should be made within the time specified by Ebay to avoid a non paid item dispute which could result in restrictions on your buying power.
 
Delivery information
Prices quoted are for UK Mainland only despite costs quoted by Ebay on some listings. (This excludes Highlands, Islands and Northen Ireland on all items that are sent by courier.) Our couriers are for Mainland Uk and Northern Ireland,and Europe. Royal Mail prices are for small items are the same for the whole of the UK, areas outside the UK must request a quote before placing order. If you are not available when delivery is attempted a card will be left for you to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery, any items that are returned to us due to customers not making arrangements incur a fee of 12.50 by the courier company, we therefore remind all customers that any item returned by courier will incur an additional £12.50 fee as well as reposting costs. Any royal mail return will require an additional payment for postage. Royal Mail will not accept a lost item for 15 days, courier by 5 days - Contact us after this time for delivery queries.
 
Return policy
Sale of Goods Act does not allow a buyer to return something due to change of mind. Distance Selling Act allows a 7 day cooling off period on Buy it Now but not Auction Items, You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to qualify under this act. All items must be returned at buyers own cost and with a trackable means of postage to avoid dispute on any lost post, including name and address and goods returned in same condition recieved. Faulty goods should be returned immediatly, including letter explaining fault, ebay name, item number and date purchased, along with address where replacement item should be sent to. Goods must be returned before replacement is sent.

Our feedback operates on an automatic system, as soon as a customer leaves a positive feedback for us, the buyer will recieve a positive feedback from us. We strive for happy customers, and ask that if you have any reason to leave any feedback other than positive you contact us through the Ebay Message service, so we can strive to put things right. Postage outside Mainland uk
Despite some postal charges quoted by Ebays new service, we request any buyer outside Uk Mainland contact us before commiting to a sale, those from UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland and Europe can request an accurate postal price through the ebay messaging service. We are not obliged to send any item at an Ebay Quoted price, or at the UK Mainland price, and will refund any payment that does not pay the correct postal price for the area delivery is requested. Any person refunded is expected to make payment for revised postal invoice within 7 days to avoid unpaid item dispute. Cancellation of orders can be requested through the ebay messaging service
