Returns Policy If you are not happy with your purchase please return it to us within 7 days. We will issue your refund upon receipt of the goods and providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and, for hygiene reasons, in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Please return the delivery note with the item (or proof of purchase) and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence or are faulty. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packaged correctly are generally insured by Royal Mail. We will complete all the necessary claim forms and submit to Royal Mail.
